About Me

My name is Stella Clark-Kaczmarek (CK) and I am from originally from Omaha, Nebraska. I am a Theatre Studies major at the University of Evansville. During my time abroad I have traveled to 7 different countries and 15 different cities. Highlights included Munich, Vienna, Malaga, Dublin, Stratford Upon Avon, Dubrovnik, Rome, and Florence. Outside of my study abroad education, I have traveled outside of the US to Iceland, Mexico, and Scotland. At this point in my life, I would consider traveling a hobby of mine, as well as listening to music, going to the movies, and being outdoors.

My passion in life is theatre and community outreach. When I chose to take this class, I felt that it would be a great asset to my tool box when it comes to the career I hope to create for myself. Having the knowledge and experience to work with people from different cultures than my own, is exceedingly important when it comes to storytelling. Theatre is all about listening, communicating, and connecting. This class helped me dive deeper into just that and will help me down the road when I come across cultural differences in the theatre.
